Service Delivery
Our consulting services are delivered through various engagement models including:
- Project-based consulting engagements
- Hourly consulting services
- Retainer-based advisory services
- IT staffing and resource placement
Refund Policy
Given the professional and customized nature of our consulting services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
Project-Based Services
For project-based engagements, refunds may be considered if:
- The project has not commenced and written notice is provided at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date
- Deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the statement of work
- Services are terminated by mutual agreement before completion
Hourly Consulting Services
For hourly consulting services:
- Clients are billed only for actual hours worked
- Unused prepaid hours may be refunded upon request, subject to a 10% administrative fee
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the last service date
Retainer Services
For retainer-based services:
- Retainers are non-refundable once the service period has commenced
- Clients may cancel retainer agreements with 30 days written notice
- Unused retainer credits do not roll over to subsequent periods unless specified in the agreement
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel scheduled consulting sessions or engagements according to the following terms:
- More than 48 hours notice: Full credit or refund for prepaid services
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% credit or refund for prepaid services
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund or credit will be provided
IT Staffing Services
For IT staffing and resource placement services:
- Placement fees are non-refundable once a candidate has been placed and started work
- If a placed resource does not meet agreed-upon qualifications, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost
- Guarantee periods and replacement terms are specified in individual staffing agreements

If you are dissatisfied with our services or have concerns about billing:

- We will review your case and respond within 5 business days
- We are committed to finding a fair resolution to any service-related issues
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 7-10 business days
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Exceptions
This return policy does not apply to:
- Services already rendered and delivered according to agreed specifications
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client
- Custom research or proprietary deliverables that have been provided to the client
